All times CEST. 12:34 PM: DE-MC-EPYC-Genoa-1 in Frankfurt became unreachable at 12:30 PM and virtual servers on the node went offline. We started investigating. 12:41 PM: The node and its virtual servers were back online as of 12:37 PM. 12:50 PM: We performed a short network maintenance on the node, which caused a brief loss of connectivity for virtual servers on the node. 12:55 PM: The outage was caused by the node losing its connection to the upstream network. The server and all virtual servers kept running throughout. We will follow up on the root cause with our datacenter provider and continue to monitor the node.
