18th Oct 2025 3:22 PM CET: We are currrently experiencing another power feed failure to another rack. Unfortunately a defective batch of PDUs has been delivered to the datacenter. They are being replaced with another brand.

We expect the issue to be resolved within approximately one hour.

18th Oct 2025 4:09 PM CET: The servers are back online. The power delivery units have been replaced.

17th Oct 01:50 CET: We are experiencing a sudden outage of our DE-MC-9950X-FRA-2 node. Technicians are currently investigating the issue.

17th Oct 02:08 CET: The power to the server is faulty. The technicians at the datacenter are already working on restoring power to the server.

17th Oct 02:52 CET: The power has been restored and the server is booting up again.

Oct 9th 10:30 PM CET: We are currently seeing high packet loss towards our DirectAdmin server in USA. It is caused by networking issues at the datacenter. We are awaiting a resolution from their side.

Oct 10th: 11:41 PM CET: The issue was caused by a DDOS attack. The datacenter has analyzed the traffic and optimized the protection against this type of attack. We have confirmed that networking is normal and stable again.

We are currently seeing high packet loss towards our DirectAdmin server in USA. It is caused by networking issues at the datacenter. We are awaiting a resolution from their side.
