23th Oct 2025 1:41 PM CET: Our upstream provider has currently lost all networking. We are awaiting a resolution from their side.

23th Oct 2025 1:58 PM CET: The technicians are looking into the issue. The root cause is unknown. We cannot provide any ETA at the moment.

23th Oct 2025 2:05 PM CET: A software bug in the aggregation switches in the datacenter led to a major outage when committed a (regular) change in the edge network related to the DDoS attacks. Only rebooting the devices could restore Layer 2 connectivity which was completely lost. Connectivity was recovered at 14:00 CEST. All servers should be coming online soon.

22th Oct 2025 4:40 PM CET: There are currently networking issues in the entire datacenter hosting our DirectAdmin and cPanel servers in USA. We are waiting a resolution from their side.

22th Oct 2025 5:02 PM CET: There seems to have been a critical power failure in the datacenter. The technicians are working on resolving this as soon as possible.

22th Oct 2025: 5:58 PM CET: The majority of the building is down. There is clearly a catastrophic power event that occurred in the building. The damage assessment is being conducted by the datacenter with whatever available contractors are on site. No ETA is available yet.

22th Oct 2025: 6:15 PM CET: The power is being restored and we expect the servers to soon be available again.

22th Oct 2025: 7:28 PM CET: We can confirm that both servers are working again. If you still experience issues please reach out through support tickets.

18th Oct 2025 3:22 PM CET: We are currrently experiencing another power feed failure to another rack. Unfortunately a defective batch of PDUs has been delivered to the datacenter. They are being replaced with another brand.

We expect the issue to be resolved within approximately one hour.

17th Oct 02:08 CET: The power to the server is faulty. The technicians at the datacenter are already working on restoring power to the server.

17th Oct 02:52 CET: The power has been restored and the server is booting up again.

Oct 9th 10:30 PM CET: We are currently seeing high packet loss towards our DirectAdmin server in USA. It is caused by networking issues at the datacenter. We are awaiting a resolution from their side.

Oct 10th: 11:41 PM CET: The issue was caused by a DDOS attack. The datacenter has analyzed the traffic and optimized the protection against this type of attack. We have confirmed that networking is normal and stable again.
